Michael Ross Cleaveland

Attorney Michael Cleaveland graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999 and is admitted to practice in all three federal districts in Florida. He is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Michael worked for one of Florida's largest collection law firms for 10 years representing creditors. His experience in the credit industry has proved invaluable as he now represents consumers in cases involving debt. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, credit card defense, and credit card harassment.

Nancy Adair Cleaveland

Attorney Nancy Adair Cleaveland received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. She began her career in the legal field at Holland & Knight in 1999 and clerked with a prominent family law attorney during and after law school.

Nancy is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Family Law American Inns of Court, Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, Junior League of Jacksonville, and Jacksonville Jaycees. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She focuses her practice on family law matters: divorce, paternity, parenting plans, timesharing (child custody and visitation), child support, spousal support or alimony, modifications of prior judicial or administrative orders, and enforcement or contempt proceedings.

Anna S. Abbott

Attorney Anna Abbott received her undergraduate degree in Sociology, Magna Cum Laude, from The University of Georgia. She received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Before joining Cleaveland & Cleaveland P.L., Anna worked as an associate attorney in a civil litigation law firm.

Joshua J. Tejes

Attorney Joshua Tejes manages the Orlando office of Cleaveland & Cleaveland, P.L. Attorney Joshua Tejes received his undergraduate degree from Pensacola Christian College in 2004 and a law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008.  He is a member of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association.  Before joining Cleaveland & Cleaveland P.L., Joshua worked as an associate attorney in a bankruptcy and civil litigation law firm.

Joshua is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and focuses his practice on consumer advocacy, bankruptcy law, debt defense, debt harassment, foreclosure defense, estate planning, and probate.

Jeff Davenport

Attorney Jeff Davenport received his undergraduate degree from King College in Bristol, Tennessee in 1996, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008. Jeff started his legal career working as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's Fourth Judicial Circuit. He served as a prosecutor in both Duval County and Clay County and prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases, including many jury trials.

Jeff is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. As a former prosecutor, Jeff has a wide range of experience that he brings to the defense of clients charged with criminal offenses. In addition to his criminal defense practice, Jeff also practices in the areas of bankruptcy, debt defense and foreclosure defense.
