Michael Ross Cleaveland
Attorney Michael Cleaveland graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999 and is admitted to practice in all three federal districts in Florida. He is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association.
Michael worked for one of Florida's largest collection law firms for 10 years representing creditors. His experience in the credit industry has proved invaluable as he now represents consumers in cases involving debt. Nancy Adair Cleaveland

Jeff Davenport
Attorney Jeff Davenport received his undergraduate degree from King College in Bristol, Tennessee in 1996, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008. Jeff started his legal career working as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's Fourth Judicial Circuit. He served as a prosecutor in both Duval County and Clay County and prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases, including many jury trials.
Jeff is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. As a former prosecutor, Jeff has a wide range of experience that he brings to the defense of clients charged with criminal offenses. In addition to his criminal defense practice, Jeff also practices in the areas of bankruptcy, debt defense and foreclosure defense.
