Nancy Adair Cleaveland

Attorney Nancy Adair Cleaveland received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Nancy is a member of the Florida Bar; Family Law Section of the Florida Bar; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar; Jacksonville Bar Association; Florida Family Law American Inns of Court; Collaborative Family Law Group of Northeast Florida; the University of Florida Alumni Association; and Rotary. She is also admitted to practice in the State of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Nancy focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, paternity, and prenuptial agreements, and handles issues relating to equitable distribution, alimony, timesharing (formerly child custody and visitation), child support, relocation, modification of existing orders or judgments, and enforcement of existing orders or judgments; estate planning, including wills, trusts, durable power of attorney designations, and healthcare advance directives; and probate law.
